CORE
The database for complement-mediated diseases and Thrombotic microangiopathies
You can take part in the CORE registry if you have been diagnosed with one of the following conditions:
thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP)
atypical haemolytic uraemic syndrome (aHUS)
C3 glomerulopathy
C3 glomerulonephritis
dense deposit disease
immune complex-mediated membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis (IC-MPGN)
As a physician, would you like to enrol a patient with a complement-mediated kidney disease or a TMA in the CORE registry?
Background
Thrombotic microangiopathies (TMAs) and complement-mediated kidney diseases are rare but serious conditions. They are associated with damage to the small blood vessels and a dysregulation of the complement system (an important part of the immune system).
